History
RS Bilance was born in 2006 from an entrepreneurial idea of the administrator Santo Rapisarda after a strong experience in the rigorously Made in Italy industrial weighing and pricing sector.
The organizational structure is articulated under the guidance of the sole director, Santo Rapisarda, in the following roles and functions – key:
General management: in addition to the management and coordination functions, design and development, he personally oversees planning and strategic marketing, and the development of new markets abroad;
The company operates in the industrial automation sector and specializes in the design and production of weighing systems, weigh price labelers, checkweighers, automatic labeling machines, vision control systems, metal detectors, software for control and data management.
It is present on the market with a product portfolio divided into different families of products in the catalog which include automatic and manual scales, pricing machines, labeling machines, vision systems, metal detectors, alignment, diverters and software.
It also offers an extensive portfolio of advanced technological services such as:
– Design of processing lines;
– Mechanizations of existing processing lines;
– Computerization in the Food sector, and with software dedicated to the complete management of the point of sale in all its production processes;
– Repairs at the place of use;
– Interventions under warranty;
– Replacement with original spare parts;
– Periodic metric checks;
– Maintenance contracts.
It also carries out integrated projects for the design and construction of turnkey lines; this last business area represents a significant critical success factor in the international market.
The reference market is represented by the demand for capital goods in industrial and commercial sectors that require weighing operations, dosing, packaging, storage etc. The demand is therefore expressed by industrial and commercial companies operating in a wide range of sectors.
RS Bilance has created several installations in Italy and abroad in diversified sectors, gaining strong specific experience in the agro-food and large-scale distribution sector, in which it enjoys a good reputation both in the national market and in foreign markets: Europe, Central America, South America, North Africa.
The projection methods on the market for the products in the portfolio are mainly characterized by the use of the following channels:
– commercial agents in technical-industrial sectors who require adequate technical skills to conduct effective negotiations operating in the product sector of the potential customer;
– resellers of automation systems;
– facilitators, influencers and technical-commercial partners for tailor-made orders.
In 2016, RS Bilance launched a machine innovation process aimed at improving performance to adapt to the evolutionary processes of the market and achieve leadership in the sector. The engineering process involved both the mechanical part and the electronic and software part.
The usefulness of this process is and will be the application of this development also to already existing products destined for the industrial sector, a sector involved in the current industrial revolution called Industry 4.0, for which cyber-physical systems have been developed, i.e. physical systems that are strictly connected with computer systems and which can interact and collaborate with other cyber-physical systems.
